The exhibition by Victoria Zidaru presents a unique installation that occupies the central space of the fourth floor at MNAC, seamlessly expanding into its two lateral annexes. The artist intertwines textile and vegetal materials in reliefs and objects crafted from linen and hemp fabric (often hand-embroidered), filled with hay and aromatic plants. The visual and tactile dimensions intertwine with the olfactory, as the dried herb cords form what the artist refers to as olfactive sculptures or a vegetal river, inviting the viewer to traverse it, reliving a primordial experience.
